90s Type Album Behance!

The Promt of this project is to create/redesign a poster and album cover for a artist and album you like, in a 90s grunge typography style.

Before starting our projects, we were challanged to create a type cologe in one class period to test out skills of using 90s grunge style.

After that, since there were no sketches, we started out projects...

The album I decided to do was Toby Keith's: Unleashed album.

I believe that the theme of this album is patriotism, so thats the effect I wanted to add to this project.

To start I made the poster.

I added elements like a flag, and shilouttes, and type deisgn of his name and the album name, and finally a line of lyric from one of his better known songs...

Put everything together on a greyish blue background, and the poster is complete.

Next I moved on to the album cover, which looks similar to the poster, with slightly different elements to it.

I added some of the same things from the poster, like the text, and added some different elements including a shilouette of his signiture red solo cup, and a different but similar styled flag.

Add it all to a black background, and the album cover is complete.
